I had a comfortable stay at Premiere Classe in Decines-Charpieu. The hotel may be a bit dated, but it was kept clean and the beds were made up daily. I especially appreciated the management's prompt response to any concerns I had during my stay. The breakfast provided was adequate and well-stocked. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and helpful staff.

Price was good. Hotel was reasonably comfortable and clean. Bathroom was a bizarre compartment/unit in the corner of the room (felt like being in a caravan!), but everything worked ok.

Very basic hotel in a poor location. We travelled for a business meeting in Lyon. We stayed on a Tuesday night but we could only find one restaurant within walking distance - by consensus probably the worst Chinese meal we have ever had. Even when we drove around the next day, it became apparent that there were no restaurants within 4-5 miles of the hotel. Tip - bring your own food. With hindsight, we should have stopped at a supermarket (there is a Carrefour close by) and bought some bread, cheese and wine! Breakfast at the hotel was also poor.

Small but clean. Was a stop-off so only needed a bed. No complaints.

In the surrounding area there were signposts for many hotels but not this one. Took half an hour to find it.

premiere classe lyon est - bron eurexpo in decines-charpieu exceeded my expectations during my recent stay. the staff was extremely helpful and the managers were warm-hearted and kind-hearted people. their level of service was terrific and made the experience so much better. i would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel in lyon.

Towels not always readily available.

It is very badly located, in the mid of an industrial zone. Moreover, the personnel is not friendly at all and the cleaning ladies are very ennoying. One of them just entered at 11:00 am to the room without knocking!

I got great value for my money at Premiere Classe. The room was small but clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, especially for getting to the Football Stadium.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's charming decor, which reminded me of the cozy houses I used to visit in my youth. The vintage furniture and tasteful ornaments gave a warm and nostalgic ambiance, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated the accessibility of the hotel for senior people like myself. The well-lit corridors and spacious elevators made it easy to navigate around, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests of all ages.

If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were polite and accommodating, I would have appreciated some additional support with carrying bags or finding transportation options in the area.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff are very attentive and the basic amenities provided are adequate for a night's stay. Additionally, the location is convenient for its close proximity to Eurexpo.

All in all, this hotel met our needs and we had a pleasant stay.

the mattresses were very very bad and after spending 3 nights in your hotel, I left with a very bad back ache.

The staff here were absolutely amazing - so helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to assist me. They even helped me book another B&B! The free secure locker was a game-changer, with power outlets inside for charging. The shower rooms were clean, and there was a chill room. Can't wait to come back!

I chose Premiere Classe for its convenient location near the Planetarium of Vaulx-en-Velin, a place I had been eager to visit. The hotel pleasantly surprised me with its free WiFi throughout the property. Additionally, the daily buffet breakfasts, available from 7 AM, were a definite highlight.

Slight noise issue. Unannounced switch-off of small heating required AC for heating.

I recently stayed at a 1* hotel in France for EUR 85 per night during an exhibition. The room and bathroom were small but clean, and the hotel was conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the exhibition center. The car park had a password protected gate, providing added security. The standout feature of this hotel, however, was the incredibly helpful and kind-hearted staff and managers. I was also impressed by the free secure locker with power outlets for charging devices, along with clean shower facilities and a chill room. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel in Lyon.
